Mad Greens

Marley Hodgson and business partner, Dan Long, founded Mad Greens - Inspired Eats in 2004.  Intent on addressing the lack of fresh, fast and healthy fare available to the average American consumer, the pair opened their first location near the Park Meadows Mall in the southern metro area of Denver.  Today Mad Greens operates 11 locations throughout the Front Range with plans to expand the concept to other regions in the near future.  With a menu that features tasty chef designed salads, build-your-own salads, panini and soups, Mad Greens offers hungry customers a healthy and fun alternative to fast food and casual sit down restaurants.
